We’re hiring a creative and technically proficient Web Designer to develop beautiful, responsive, and functional websites. This role is perfect for someone who’s both design-minded and comfortable working with WordPress and code.
Responsibilities
Website Design & Development: Build visually stunning, responsive WordPress websites tailored to each client.
Front-End Customization: Use PHP, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance functionality and styling.
UX/UI Best Practices: Create layouts that are user-friendly, accessible, and conversion-focused.
Client Collaboration: Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, present design drafts, and finalize deliverables.
Ongoing Support: Provide technical support and guidance after project delivery when needed.
Maintenance: Perform updates, bug fixes, and performance optimizations as required.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to align website content with campaign goals.
Requirements
Proven experience designing and developing websites with WordPress.
Strong front-end development skills: PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript.
Experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good design instincts with attention to layout, typography, and responsive behavior.
Familiarity with SEO and performance best practices is a plus.
